Character set 2 - Ancient Antar

Before time started as we know it, before humans wondered the earth and prayed to their gods, before the great legends began, there existed the Antarian Culture. Antars where the beings of the Rogarnaths, gods who are not familiar to good or evil, but only new action and reaction. This characteristic flamed also in the hearts of the antars, there was no higher honour than to rise for your beliefs, how good or bad we deem them as humans.

Humans and antars share many features, including their appearances. Yet antars lived longer and fought with fire. They used weapons, extensively, like us, but are unknown to armour. Little armour could protect them from the burning heat that where common in conflicts. The culture was divided in different clans, and each clan had its alpha, the one leader with a true dominance over its member. They fought each other century after century, until the humans came with their gods, when they united for once and shortly after, faded from the world.

Some character design created for entertaining. They are not highly original or so, but I like them. Additional information can be found about the personalities on the image if you wish. Critique, design tips or other comments are, like always, welcome.
